Wheels Out Art
This event is held in and around Armidale and Uralla NSW, and aims to encourage people to get outdoors and create! We pack up our art supplies and venture to new locations each week to be inspired by our local environment, and connect with other creatives in a supportive and fun space. For the Summer season we are in our Sunset Edition ~ meaning we are wheeling out to paint the sunset outside each week! Stretchin' & Sketchin'
The best of both movement (yoga, qi gong & tai chi) and art combined to cultivate an intergratede approach to wellbeing. Beginning with grounding and guided stretches, you will be gently walked through movements to enliven and deepen your connection to self and environment.
Then you will invited to create whatever art you desire (drawing, ink, poetry) ~ each week there will be a found object collection to provide additional stimulation and inspiration.
Please bring whatever art medium you desire, if you are unsure please reacch out and we will be happy to help! There will be 25 minutes of both moving and art-making, just so you are aware of how much tiem you will have to create and move.
All classes are in-person at the Ol'Factorie Studio.

Poetry is not just for the classroom ~ it is way to express our inner world and connect with others. Everyone is able to join and participation is voluntary, though you are encouraged to be brave! We are all learning and improving so beginners and non-poets are more than welcome!! This club meet monthly for an 'Open Mic' night at the Ol' Factorie Studio in Armidale.
Meet The Team ~ Kate Alden
Kate Alden
Kate founded Three Pees Creations in 2024.
She is currently completing a Bachelor of Art Therapy (Psychotherapy), and is a self-taught artist, with a background in neuroscience and biomedicine.
Kate has a passion for all the arts and supporting mental health, and loves helping people to achieve their goals through self-expression and self-discovery.
She combines evidence-based processes with soulful expression to create a holistic practice that honours each individual.
