"I went out there and instantly it felt right to be there. Same for my brother and that is HUGE. Inclusion, gentleness and creativity... I felt like I found my people. So glad you are doing what you are doing... The world needs more people like you, it really does."
~ Ruby
"Clay classes with Kate are equal parts fun and learning. Thank you so much for helping me get creative with the clay class! I had a great time and 'George' is very much loved."
~ Meg
"When I read your website I was taken aback at how good it all sounded, and the Blue hole trip confirmed for me that I've indeed found something special. Plein air painting and some small interactions with creatives & fellow oddballs is just what my soul needs right now, I am very grateful."
~ Raph

In collaboration with Armidale Art Therapist and Artist, Neroli Makim, Kate and Neroli use murals in public spaces as gateways towards mental health awareness, aimed to start a wider conversation in the community around wellbeing and mental illness. Working with the local communities that use these spaces, they co-create and paint these murals with others, fostering empowering and creative spaces for all people to feel supported.

Gathering together, this space is an offering of radical acceptance and compassion. By intentionally tuning into ourselves and our environment, we are practicing mindfulness ~ a state of being that aims to bring our awareness to the present moment. It is an inclusive and body positive environment that encourages everyBODY to get outside and connect with themselves and their environment. There is a guided meditation, followed by gentle stretches chosen to enhance your connection to your body and empower your practice. While much won't be said, you will gain a lot.
So join us as we practice the art of presence ~ you're even welcome to bring some art to make after!!

At Three Pees Creations, we are dedicated to promoting mental health awareness and suicide prevention. Our mission is to create empowering spaces where individuals can develop crucial skills like resilience and mindfulness through joy.

Around 1 in 2 Australians will present with a mental illness in their life. We want to reduce this number through accessible and affordable programs and events that support building a wider community. Whether you are a business, schools, organisation or individual, mental health matters ~ we are here to give you the space to build your capacity, develop self-mastery, and find joy in the little things.

Mental Health involves all aspects of life. That is why we use art, movement, and meditation to create dynamic and individualised events that decrease stress, bring joy, and inspire creativity.

Kate founded Three Pees Creations in 2024.
She is an Art Therapist and meditation teacher with a background in biomedicine and neurology.
Kate has a passion for suicide prevention and loves helping people to rediscover the little joys in life through self-mastery and creativity. After studying medicine, she felt there was something missing in the treatment of people ~ treating them like people.
"Too often we only look to help someone after they are undergoing a mental health crisis, this business steps back to tackle the issues of awareness and prevention. I believe each person deserves a life filled with love and giving them the tools to know when they are struggling is the first step towards destigmatising mental health and preventing mental illness from becoming debilitating."
She combines evidence-based processes with soulful expression to create a holistic practice that honors each individual.
